1.Sugar is essential when you use the drink machine and do not just use water during the procedure. The sugar content should not be less than 13% with sucrose and less than 22% with maltose. Meanwhile, after receiving the machine, you'd better use it 24 hours later.

EK –
I used this for 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch press fittings, and it worked just fine. The valve for engaging/disengaging the hydraulic cylinder is labeled “backwards” though. In order to crimp a fitting I have to turn the valve in the direction labeled “off”. Then to release the hydraulic pressure the valve is turned towards “on”. That seems backwards to me. But once I figured that out it functions as it should.
