I put about 100lbs of old 5lb sash weights and a couple old 10lb weight bench plates in the bottom, then I put my tow hitch, a few heavy recovery chains, a come along winch, and also a small toolbox inside.I’m also going to be bolting a chainsaw holder to the outside. I am using it as both rear ballast and a utility box that carries everything I need to maintain my property.I bought the same brand quick attach, and the ballast box fits okay and is easy to pick up, but it would be better and smoother with a set of Cat 1 bushings installed on the side lift pins.

What can you say, it¡¯s a metal box. Metal seems thick enough, I chose this one because it is black not orange or green. Also mine did come with actual Cat-1 sized pins which is great, as opposed to Cat 0 with bushings as some of the other ones do. All in all it¡¯s a box full of rocks but works great and does what I need it to do.
