We got a toddler learning tower for the kitchen as lately my son has delighted in helping me in the kitchen. One of his favorite foods to make (and eat) is pizza. Can you blame him? While I can see the appeal of pizza dough being like a more elastic playdough and something you get to eat afterwards, it is sometimes more of an endeavor than I want to deal with in kneading the dough. For those haven’t made homemade dough before, you have to knead it to the point the gluten becomes activated, hence the mixer.While the profile of this mixer is compact and thinner in width than even a coffee machine, which I appreciate as I don’t have the counterspace for a Kitchenaide, it can handle dough kneading with the hook. The operation is easy with the top settings 1-3, being for heavier items, and the higher settings for less thicker items, then liquid type of mixes at the highest numbers. The rotary knob is easy to operate, and the sound is not overly loud, perhaps on par with using a coffee grinder. Looks great in the kitchen.
