I purchased this fridge/freezer for a road trip. We used this for a total of 11 days straight where it was never turned off. We had the smaller side set to keep items frozen and the larger compartment to refrigerate. It worked flawlessly. The app worked well to check on the temps while driving when the cooler was buried under luggage in the back of the car. I also purchased the GARVEE 15600 mah lithium battery to go in this idealhouse 53qt dual door fridge/ freezer so it would stay running in the car when the car was turned off. When the battery is in, it switches seamlessly between battery and wall outlet power or car 12 volt socket power. Then as soon as it is plugged back in it automatically charges the battery back up. I definitely recommend this fridge/ freezer.

I used as a freezer on my camping trip to get some food their until had room in camper freezer then used it as a cooler on the boat which keep everything cold like a fridge I would buy it again so easy to unpack and use it only took 25 min to 0 on the freezer

Good temperature control. Overall a pretty solid cooler. It¡¯s able to keep a cold temperature. There¡¯s a wide range of temperatures that the product supports which is convenient. And dual template zones. I was thinking it might be nice if you could actually increase the temperature to allow this to be a hot box as well as a cooler. For takeout foods it might be nice to keep the food warm.

It¡¯s a very solid build the extendable handle does not feel flimsy at all.I have had other electric portable fridges/freezers in the past that felt flimsy and the handles ended up breaking after a while of normal use . Basically all I have to say is that you won¡¯t regret going with this fridge/freezer

Saw the other reviews and picked this model over other brands. The cooler is super sturdy and well made. The LED lights inside are really nice, and the handle makes it easy to move. It’s heavy, but it is a fridge/freezer afterall. I got the battery from the vendors Garvee store, which I would recommend doing. Once plugged into the car lighter port, it goes from car power to battery seamlessly. Tried it in the house too, and worked great. Tested it when I got it to make sure it would keep ice frozen, and then go to fridge temp. As noted in the description and other reviews, it got down to temp in about 20 min. Both power cords are nice and long. The display is easy to use. The compressor is super quiet. I must have missed this in the description, but it has a nifty cutting board recessed in the large side lid. Only thing I wish they sold was a separate power cord to charge the battery when it’s not in the cooler.
