    I like the design, and the utility is what I am looking for. However, it was frustrating to have the tool missing from the kit that puts the chain together. Instructions were a challenge (language conversion problem), so we ended up mostly figuring it out ourselves. Was able to make a screw we had work. Ordered the tool from Garvee, though not cheap ($60). Not sure how one would even get in touch to get missing parts or tools. UPDATE: The company refunded to me the cost of the tool.
